The Wall Street Journal just reported that over 60% (63% as per the BEP) of US notes are shipped out of the country every year. Production of the new 2017-A $10 Federal Reserve Note series began in October of 2019 and eight months in production only nine districts -Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, St Louis, Minneapolis and Kansas City have been printed with only low numbered A blocks printed for all except a short 12.8M BB block. This series could be one of the shortest $10 FRN series printed. Only Atlanta F*(dc) star notes were printed in Washington.
